I am absolutely livid but relieved to find out that the #healthytexaswomen #HTW does in fact cover (tubal ligation) & NO you (do not) have to have a (child) to qualify just have to be at least least 21yrs The problem is (they) don’t want us to know that ! it doesn’t say that on their website 🤯
