This is a vertical photo of Buffalo Bill's memorial statue in front of the Iowa State Capitol. His statue is him standing next to 2 native Americans, one is standing next to him, the other is sitting. The statue is a dark material and the podium that the statue is on is white as chalk. There is a buffalo at the base of the statue which looks as tho water would be coming out of its mouth into a bowl. The Iowa State Capitol dome is directly behind the Buffalo Bill's statue.

The canyon looks to be about 300 to 400 feet deep, although from this angle the bottom cannot be seen. Far in the background, about 500 yards away, the other side of the canyon walls are seen. The canyon walls are layered sandstone. Far in the background and mountain range and the blue sky is seen.
