Whatever gripes I might have with the pacing, the sentence structure, etc... None of it manages to be a deal-breaker when the character interactions are this much fun. I love watching Izuku and Ryuko influencing each other, watching them grow into different people than their canon selves without becoming unrecognizable. I love the passion for both series bleeding through every other sentence. It all takes me back to my MFRP days, and I love it for that. It's not for everyone, but it's enough for me. Also, the comic dubs / audio dramas Aduubo makes on the side give me so much fucking life. If nothing else, you gotta at least check those out.

"Slow-burn romance between Izuku Midoriya and 'forgotten childhood friend' Ryuko Matoi" shouldn't work. "MHA and KLK share a universe" shouldn't work. I shouldn't still be invested after 57 chapters of repetitive prose.
But it does, and I am.
