Today the Y10 Hospitality and Catering students were given a great opportunity thanks to #HeroesFish and #DFDS who supplied us with mussels free of charge🙏

These were turned into Thai style mussels in class🥘

Most students had not tried them before, but looked to enjoy having a go at cooking them😋
