If a character's arms are bound behind his back & he's bent over a counter forward, how can he have a white knuckled grip on the edge of said counter a few sentences later? 🤔
It's the little inconsistencies that throw a reader right out of a scene.
Continuity matters.

I'm enjoying this read. Instead of a collection of stories based on a theme, this anthology is a shared narrative w/each story from a different couple's POV.
It reminds me of Thieves World, without the maligning of other authors characters & retcon.
Cozy & spicy fun so far.
