Lead Local #FloodAuthorities (#LLFAs) are unitary
authorities and county councils.
In their role as LLFAs, they have a dedicated
#floodriskmanagement team, work alongside the local
#HighwaysDepartment, and carry out a range of
responsibilities to manage and reduce #FloodRisk in their
areas.
