About my Online Zoom Sound Baths This short video gives an overview of my online sound baths, and what to expect in one of these sessions, along with playing a bowl to give you an idea of the sound signal. This video was recorded immediately after one of my online Zoom sound baths in January 2025, with the mircophones and sound settings left exactly the same as the session. This video was recorded using the Zoom record call function, and it has not been edited in any way, so that you can experience the authentic sound quality. What you need to enjoy a Zoom sound bath: - a stable internet connection- Zoom: you can download the latest update of the Zoom app via: https://www.zoom.com/ - a decent pair of over-ear headphones or loudspeakers with which to listen to the sounds. - A place in which to make yourself comfortable for the duration of this online sound bath. You can either lie down or be seated. I recommend that you have a blanket and a cushion to make yourself as warm and cosy as possible. You can leave your camera switched off for the sound bath.
