Attention recruiters:
Provide communication to your candidates after they have interviewed.
A simple status note -no longer interested, pausing our hiring, or not moving to the next round - is the polite thing to do.
Ghosting as a recruiter is not acceptable (nor as potential hire).
Rejecting a candidate for job hopping while offering a role with no clear future or support.
You can’t make this stuff up.

Then I check the job posting, and it’s written by someone who thinks Kubernetes is a programming language.

They said I wasn’t a “good fit.”
Translation: “Your knowledge intimidates me, and I don’t know how to assess it.”
