In my opinion Muscovy Ducks are the best overall multipurpose fowl. Their breast meat is like a tenderloin. They have intense fat flavor & less fat than most duck breeds. As a bonus, they're quiet and eat small snakes, mice & frogs.

Tonight wife made an amazing Mediterranean Dish, Tomato and Black Eyed Peas with Berbere.

We used our homestead canned Italian Tomatoes w Onions, Black Eyed Peas, Herbs, and Roasted Chicken. And her Golden Lax Spelt Bread.

It was amazing!
