#IslamicRepublic authorities arrested #HosseinGhavi (Silavi), a 28-year-old disabled Arab man from Ahvaz. He has died under extreme torture, according to information received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights. He was the sole provider for his family, running a small tea stall.
