Smiling is infectious,
You catch it like the flu,
When someone smiled at me today, I started smiling too.
So if you feel a smile begin,
Don’t leave it undetected.
Let’s start an epidemic quick
And get the world infected!

Blake realises that stepping outside, noticing the world, being active, and connecting with others have helped her hear the hug words at last. With her brothers’ encouragement, she writes affirmations on pebbles: I am wild. I am wise.
I am wonderful.
#HugWords #mentalwellbeing
Blake hears birdsong, feels the gentle tickle of a willow tree, and marvels at the taste of an apple. Slowly, her mud words start to fade, making space for curiosity, connection, and joy. #HugWords
Blake’s brothers encourage her to join them outside. Hesitantly, she agrees, taking big strides instead of staying in her safe, indoor world. As they explore, Blake begins to notice things - the warmth in the library, joy in a simple game called Win A Grin, and the small wonders of nature. #HugWords
Blake is wild, wise, & wonderful - but she can’t hear the hugs. Unlike her brothers, she’s trapped in a cycle of negative self-talk. Mud words make her feel tangled & messy inside. She doesn’t like the way she looks, walks, talks, or thinks, & these thoughts keep her stuck in her own head. #hugwords
