My anxiety is off the charts for too many reasons that I wish I could talk openly about. I’m sure some of this is hormonal though.
I’m going to take my in case of emergency medication (Xanax) and try to eat something.

I share my struggles with OCD and anxiety and I’ve gotten DMs from people saying that it helps them.
So guess what? If you’re comfortable sharing, do it. You’re venting which is cathartic and you could be helping someone as well.
