Every time I successfully manage to update either the #HunterBlack site or my personal site, I FEEL SO ACCOMPLISHED. Like, using Wix to update a site is the easiest thing in the world but I still feel like a damn genius.
Weird fantasy names are cool too! There's a town in the Known World of #HunterBlack called "Lencaldaria," which I flat out stole from the #D&D campaign I played in back in the 90s. (With permission from everyone who ran that game, of course.)

Ah, the Sovran Twins. This is a perfect example of how I like to build a setting. Of course, I did a ton of world-building before ever working on the script for #HunterBlack. But I was still new to these characters and to this place that I would come to call the Known World.

Today was a good #writing day. I worked on layout approvals for #FantasticFourForDummies -- and let me tell you, that is a weirdly affirming experience, even though it also triggered my #ImpostorSyndrome like you wouldn't believe.
