I want to watch Hunter With A Scalpel but this website has machine translations which I know it will be incorrect subs 😭
I don't have the streaming service it's on
#HunterWithAScalpel #kdrama
I should've seen the red flags when Studio X+U logo comes at the intro.
This studio has been responsible for the utter disappointments #kdrama back-to-back from #HunterWithAScalpel to #Twelve.
There's no way this studio is not a money laundering operation for something.
First #HunterWithAScalpel and now #Twelve, this studio has released 2 out of 2 disappointments that I'm close to just blacklisting any future #kdrama from them.
I just want a good, solid, and grounded serial killer #kdrama and apparently they can't write any good killer unless it's a romance? 🤨
#HunterWithAScalpel, #NinePuzzles, and now #Mouse have all crashed and burned. #Doubt was fantastic, but that wasn't really a crime drama.
Is my standard too high?
Even if I may or may not just spoiled myself, I was here for Park Ju-hyun and she absolutely delivers.
A completely different character than her role in #HunterWithAScalpel and she ate this one too.
I can't keep getting new crush with every new #kdrama I watch 😅
#Mouse
Promotional poster for #HunterWithAScalpel kdrama with a big red X stretched across it.
#HunterWithAScalpel is the #kdrama equivalent of having a brunch with that cousin you don't talk to anymore but you went since you thought you missed her.
Only to realize halfway through that there was a reason you ghosted her and you leave questioning every life choice that brought you here.
Well finished #HunterWithAScalpel, and after #HyperKnife, it actually annoyed me that in a different writer and director's hand, this #kdrama could've been really good. The FL trauma arc alone was more than enough to fill in my usual trope dissection essay.
I really really love Park Ju-hyun here though, so much so that I'm utterly annoyed that this is the first #kdrama I watch her in.
She is absolutely brilliant and absolutely wasted in this drama. I definitely owe her a palate cleanser after finishing this.
#HunterWithAScalpel.
Nothing infuriates more on a murder #kdrama than when lazy writers started giving plot armors that made zero sense for tensions. At that point, it's no longer a chase because of course the killer is going to escape when the script keeps babysitting them.
UR-Tier garbage.
#HunterWithAScalpel
Oh yeah, why not add one extra thick plot armor to the killer to make sure this garbage bin of a #kdrama is filled even more with trash. 🤨
#HunterWithAScalpel
I'm just gonna convince myself that their IT people are smart enough to set up a sandbox, air-gapped, and isolated laptop for these detectives to ignore common security protocols for my peace of mind. 😂
#HunterWithAScalpel #KDram
I recoiled hard every time these detectives (or any profession really) just plugs in a random USB drive that's delivered to them in a no address box.
There's no network security mindset at all for these people. Needs better training.😅
#HunterWithAScalpel #KDrama
Eu n costumo ligar p cenas na ficção de violência de corpos. Mortes feias e assassinatos não me impressionam, inclusive acho legal filmes bem trash com sangue e pedaço de cérebro voando.
Mas...comecei a assistir #HunterWithAScalpel e logo no 1° ep a série me pegou, achei pesado e virei a cara.
Honestly I think this will be my first dumpster fire #kdrama ever.
It's so bad that it's good. 😅
Really unfortunate as the premise was perfect...but everything else was just mindblowingly horrid.
#HunterWithAScalpel
This #kdrama is so bad with a plot hole so big, it should be studied next to the black hole science.
It's so bad that I can't stop watching it 😅...
Credit to Park Ju-hyun and Kang-hoon to at least tried and prop up the drama at least.
#HunterWithAScalpel
#Kdrama detectives love brushing things off until they’ve got six other corpses in the morgue, and then act shocked Pikachu face when the “coincidence” was the literal smoking gun.
it's definitely maddening to watch when you grow up with western level of crime investigations.
#HunterWithAScalpel
How the fuck did she gets home in a broad daylight with all that blood on her? At some point wouldn't someone stop her and ask? 🤨
It's not like she lives in an empty neighborhood.
#HunterWithAScalpel #KDrama
I think the last series I watched that holds no punches in how graphic the murders were shown was #Hannibal
I kinda miss it, and #HunterWithAScalpel just reminded me why.
Honestly wasn't expecting this level of realistic gore in a #kdrama tbh.
Whoa!
This is a reverse #Doubt??? Except this time the killer is actually real.
#HunterWithAScalpel #KDrama
This is the wrong thing to focus on a #kdrama about a serial killer, but it fascinates me how different the association of Kimbap and Maki are when they're both seasoned rice rolls. Kimbap as cheap, accessible, and pedestrian and Maki being the high end, luxury, and prestige.
#HunterWithAScalpel
Every serial killer #kdrama mystery always follow the same patterns.
There's always one detective early on who suggested that the murders are related because there are enough similarities.
And their captain who yells at them for even suggesting that it's a serial killing. 😅
#HunterWithAScalpel
Definitely not the #kdrama to watch with a meal. 😅
#HunterWithAScalpel
And fixed. I should start charging #DisneyPlus for subbing their #kdrama. 🤨
Now to fix this for the other 15 episodes.
#HunterWithAScalpel
With only 30 minutes per episode, I kinda expected that #HunterWithAScalpel will start off really really strong, but holy damn...
Nothing in my #kdrama experience would ever prepare for that opening.
It’s always the non-romance dramas that cast leads with such great chemistry 😮💨

This image is a screenshot of a search results page, likely from a streaming service, with a dark interface. At the very top, there's a navigation bar typical of a streaming platform: On the far left, the Disney+ logo is visible. To its right, navigation links include "HOME," "SEARCH," "WATCHLIST," "MOVIES," "SERIES," and "ORIGINALS." Below the navigation bar, there's a prominent search input field. A magnifying glass icon precedes the text "Hunter With a Scalpel," indicating that this is the search query that was entered. A horizontal line underlines the search input field. The main body of the screen displays a message in the center: "No results found for 'Hunter With a Scalpel'" This indicates that the streaming platform (likely Disney+) does not have the title "Hunter With a Scalpel" available in its library for the entered search query.
This image is a screenshot of a user interface, likely a streaming platform or media library application, displaying details for a show titled "Hunter with a Scalpel." The overall theme of the interface is dark, with elements in shades of grey, black, and yellow accents. On the left side, there's a navigation bar with categories such as "Home," "Japanese," "Korean," "Film," "Anime," "Anime Film," "Western," and "Rentals." "Korean" is highlighted, suggesting it's the currently selected category. The main content area is dedicated to "Hunter with a Scalpel."
#HunterWithAScalpel is a perfect example for this. #Disney+ helped produce this #kdrama and yet it's not available in my region due to however reason their licensing works, and they had the audacity of charging $200 a year for it.
So fuck them, and fuck their licensing deal.
#ParkJuHyun, #ParkYongWoo and #KangHoon for Disney+ promoting the kdrama #HunterWithAScalpel.
