A brilliant green horsefly covered in tiny golden hairs, and with 2 large rust red eyes.

It figures that the last day of Inaturalist.org's City Nature Challenge, and the one day I am not working, is a bad body pain day 😖 #HyperMobilitySyndromeSucks.

I did however get visited and not bitten by this Green #Horsefly, #Chlorotabanus crepuscularis.
