Phosphate binders (dosed TID in patients on HD!) are a major problem for PWH on INSTIs (most!). But it is NOT discussed often enough. In my experience it has been very hit or miss whether it impacts the VL. I welcome thoughts from my #IDbluesky PharmDs and HIV MDs.

I get even more depressed when I check #idbluesky. We are all sad, angry, you name it. But we’re preaching to the choir here. We need to start thinking of what to do next.
The vaccine has had a huge impact on reducing disease incidence and mortality. Receiving both doses of the MMR vaccine in childhood is ~97% effective at preventing measles. The measles vaccine is one of the greatest public health success stories.
