yay it works through the PSI! the video doesn't show this, but you can select the function at any point, not just the signature, and the documentation will appear in expected place.

the documentation for 2.0+ is incomplete and complex, (and it warns about that issue, unlike Google) but I already have enough material to imagine myself how would it work and apply something I call "reverse thinking."
