🎤 Closing the session, Barbière Julian, Head of Marine Policy & Coordination at IOC @unesco.org, welcomed three new Decade Alliance members: The Nippon Foundation, the #IHOhydro, and the President of #Kenya—bringing the total commitments to 25 and counting.
