Oranges zested and juiced. Lemons zested. Apples chopped. Various dried fruits, in, and those that needed it, chopped. Spices ground as needed and added. Sherry and rum added. Fire applied.

Now we let it stew and add some rum and bourbon. As needed. Of course. To me or to the pot. #ILoveMincePie
