Strange route by #Shadowfleet
#BaiLu #IMO9388780 had a short drop of speed after passing #Skagen #Skaw but proceeded into the #NorthSea and at 02UTC started turning south.
Forgot to turn and follow usual traffic SW?

Hard to tell. Could just be a breakdown.
#BaiLu #IMO9388780 had slowed down from ~12knots to ~7knots the hours leading up to the stop.
I dont think they could have done a lot of mischief in that short time period and i havnt spotted cables at that location but of couse can be mistaken.
