#Rechnungshof Präsidentin Margit Kraker eröffnete heute in ihrer Eigenschaft als Generalsekretärin der #INTOSAI den Kongress dieser internationalen Vereinigung der Finanzkontrolle. In ihrer Rede in Sharm El-Sheikh betonte sie, dass Ägypten erst kürzlich ein Ort von Friedensgesprächen war. 1/2
Day 2 of #INCOSAI25 commenced w/ the INTOSAI Governing Board & report of the Task Force on #INTOSAI #Communication about INTOSAI’s new brand and the efforts of the Network of INTOSAI Communication Officers. The INTOSAI Journal also reported highlights of our work and operations.
The first day of #INCOSAI25 concluded with a MOU signing ceremony between #INTOSAI, IFAC & INTOSAI_IDI. The MOU strengthens the cooperation and mutual understanding between the three organizations, and reflects the shared commitment to promoting high-quality public sector auditing standards.
The INTOSAI Goal Committee chairs reported to the #INTOSAI Governing Board, highlighting their many activities in the past year. Although their strategic objectives may differ, the committees are dedicated to empowering SAIs to further #accountability & #goodgovernance.
The #INTOSAI Knowledge Sharing Committee (KSC) presented to #INCOSAI25 its progress to further knowledge sharing across the INTOSAI community. Opening remarks by KSC Chair, Mr. Murthy, Comptroller & Auditor General of India, reflected on the KSC’s pivotal role in disseminating knowledge among SAIs.
