Great to beat my score from last year! And make it higher up the leaderboard! All in support of #poppyappeal ahead of Remembrance Day #IPTPoppyRide

On Wednesday I took part in the 2025 #IPTPoppyRide, cycling 3.79km in five minutes to support the Royal British Legion and PoppyScotland, a fantastic event organised by the Industry and Parliament Trust. 🚴

As we head into the #RemembranceDay weekend commemorations, it was an honour to join the #IPTPoppyRide supporting the #RoyalBritishLegion in Parliament. What a ride!

Yesterday began day running 4.5k for Movember. 4.5 signifies the difference in men’s and women’s life expectancies. This was followed by a catch up with Sustainable Foods Cornwall before PMQs. Then back to PCH for the #IPTPoppyride for the Royal British Legion. Finally two Westminster Hall debates.

I will be participating in Remembrance Services this Sunday.
