Oh dear. I'm working with 20 #ITTs this year. All very driven to be exceptional practitioners in order to eradicate educational & social disadvantage, many dependent on a bursary / part-time work to make ends meet. If your ITTs are not values-aligned, the issue is your recruitment, not bursaries. 🤯
