Can Cork's transport plans keep pace with city's growth? It is 8.15am, and rail commuters in Midleton are clambering onto their city-bound train.

The short answer is "no". Rail services in Ireland are dismal and bus services even worse. Either unreliable or nonexistent. No catering on long journeys e.g. Tralee-Dublin line. Why do we put up with this???
