A deep grey lion running across a background colour-picked from the disabled pride flag, depicting a stormcloud over a mangrove canopy, water with a white shimmer, dry yellow grass, a field of flowers and stones.
The lion has sectoral heterochromia, - the right eye is green with a spot of blue on it to better include all the flag colours, whereas the left eye is red. There is a scar on the back leg and across the throat, implying this is how the lion attained mutism.
This character is a free adoptable as part of a little drawing project I've been doing, intended for the I Hope So fandom. My terms and conditions are that the character's mutism is not edited out, I envision this design as an adolescent/teenage lioness (hence three cub spots on each leg) but you can change the gender if you want. Nonbinary is fine, as is cis or trans.
A silly/rushed doodle of Hopeful from the I Hope So comic in the foreground, having her cheek licked by Storm. In the background, a deep grey lion with white toebeans fawns over the sight from the cover of a savanna bush, as does Bright who is ominously looming in the back.
Referenced official art for both pictures including comic panels and the free-to-use lion base, a savanna, a photo of a lion leaping and a martial eagle which is carrying away Jasper to his doom, get hecked Jaspurr.
