grief – mhapi 2024 why does it hurt so bad?

#Grief and #loss is suffered in more ways that the death of a loved one. You can grieve #change - or #loss of #self - which has been my situation.

Putting some of those thoughts into #poetry keeps this #mentalhealth experience in the conversation.
