Would love for someone to explain

1) how this tweet & subsequent reversal of his position on #tariffs is not market manipulation

2) how this tweet is in any way related to the official duties of #POTUS.

Congress must call on Treasury Secretary for an explanation. And then it must #ImpeachBissent.
