Quintessential US #foodways: Zea mays / #maize / calico #corn / Indian corn. I thought this was #FlintCorn, but flint corn doesn't (as far as I know) have the dents in the kernels. Anyway, it's quite beautiful and, if you know how to and care to prepare it, good #food! #IndegenousFood
