We are filing class action lawsuit for fraud and violating the #NoSurprisesAct for listing #InNetwork doctors who are not in their approved network and then denying claims when you are FORCED to go out of network for necessary surgery! The doctors are #IBX victims too!!

Have had #IndependenceBlueCross health insurance since 2020. Always on autopay, always on paperless billing. A little over a year ago, started getting paper statements anyway. Literally two or three a week, since I get weekly allergy shots.
