A small bird perches on a weathered branch, his feathers glowing in shades of indigo and cobalt. His head is brilliant sapphire, deep and velvety, with tiny bristled feathers that catch the light like finely spun silk. His wings are edged in pewter, muted metallic tones that contrast with his luminous blue body. There are traces of teal that thread subtly through the edges of his feathers. His eye is jet-black and glossy, a dark bead set into the jewel-like plumage, and his beak is smooth and slate-gray, sharp, thick, and ready to crack seeds. Behind him, the background melts into layers of emerald, chartreuse, and moss, with hints of sage and olive swirling like wide brushstrokes. The air felt damp and fragrant, carrying the earthy perfume of rain-soaked bark, fresh leaves, and wild herbs. Against this, the bird glows like a living gemstone, a spark of cobalt in a dark and misty woodland.
