- The event area has various types of ground, including pavement, sidewalk, concrete, and grass.
- There will be 2 marches, both starting at 1:15 pm and going different directions. The march going south on Broadway will be 1.4 miles. The march going north on Lincoln will be 3 miles.
- Lots of noise can be expected, including music, speeches, chanting, honking, etc. We will have a limited supply of earplugs and encourage attendees to bring their own hearing protection, if possible.
- There will be porta-potty restrooms available, including 2-4 accessible porta-potties.
- There will be seating near the stages reserved for mobility aid users and those who need to sit due to a disability.
- KN95, or better, masks are encouraged, and we will have a limited supply available for both adults and children.
- The event area is accessible through public transportation. There is both free and paid parking in the area. Expect parking lots and street parking to be very busy. Apps like 'Parking Mobility' can assist in locating accessible spots.
- A livestream will be available for virtual viewing. Please stay tuned for updates on this.
- There will be accommodations for Deaf and Hard of Hearing attendees. Please keep an eye out for announcements on this.
- Though we expect a peaceful event, there is a possibility of police response, which may include very loud speakers, sirens, and/or chemicals, such as tear gas and pepper spray.
