Inspekta is a blue ghost like humanoid with a fluffy tail and dark teal curly bobbed hair. He is surrounded in pink and many heart morifs. It is a full color drawing of Inspekta twirling his hair with his floating glove hands with a bashful, blushing expression. There's another sketch of him "squee"-ing; keeping his head and grinning all goofy out of pure joy. His heart emblemed hat bounces in the air. He's glowing over a pink looping heart background. There are many sweets and heart collage pieces around him. A heart locket, a purple paper heart, a circuitboard heart, a gem heart. Next to the sweets are a pale pink heart box of chocolates. There are strawberry frosted and chocolate frosted donuts next to a cupcake, and a pink plush rabbit.
