3375 kms ytd! At 3 AM I woke in agony from my MS meds hangover. Had oatmeal, painkillers, and back to bed. Up at 9, really didn't feel like riding, but after the coffee kicked in, I was ready. 7 km power ride, 5 km cool down on this #InternationalDayofPersonsWithDisability .1/2
