Three face extradition to Canada over restaurateur's death One man has been charged with killing the 44-year-old restaurant owner in a dispute over an unpaid bill.

Robert Evans, charged with the #manslaughter of restaurant owner, #SharifRahman over a dispute w/the bill. He was arrested in #Scotland on #internationalwarrant with his father, uncle who were charged for accessory after the fact to commit an indictable offence.
