This file quickly spread through social media, especially on YouTube, Reddit, and 4Chan, becoming known as the “Plague Doctor” video. 

The 11B-X-1371 file was delivered to a Swedish tech blog. Besides its unsettling contents, it had layers of cryptography and steganography that, to date, investigators haven't fully deciphered.
