A graphic depicting tracks for each member of the GEFS ensemble over the next 120 hours (5 days). The graphic hints the potential for tropical cyclone development along both coasts of Mexico over the next five days. Although development is likely over the Pacific, the chances over the Bay of Campeche are not quite as high. Though, the GEFS ensembles suggest that if development does happen, it will be very close to the coast.
The latest GEFS ensembles show that if #Invest91L does develop, it will likely be very close to the coast of #Mexico when it happens.
Meanwhile, most ensemble members keep #Invest95E offshore to the southwest of Mexico as it develops over the next few days.

The disturbance is expected to move west-northwestward this weekend and has a 90 percent chance of developing into a tropical cyclone within the next seven days.
Meanwhile, in the eastern Pacific, #Invest95E remains active to the south of Mexico. The disturbance is likely to become a tropical depression or storm by early next week as it moves west-northwestward.
