alchemy comes the closest to what i would consider apothecary work, so that one!
she has some skills on most crafters, but the ones i think she practices the most often are carpentry and goldsmithing, due to making charms and the like to keep her hands busy.

Loquats, persimmons, and apples! Mostly because they were also fairly easy to get in her childhood.
