My mantras throughout my career: #DataInDataOut #FollowTheData #ItsAllAboutTheData - Of course they are going to fail if they don't have the right data, their data isn't clean, they don't know what they are measuring, they have no strategy/purpose for the AI Pilot.

The All-In strategy Salesforce made on Agentforce isn't quite paying off either. THere just aren't that many use cases when the Data isn't there. My mantra for decades working in CRM & consulting has always been #ItsAllAboutTheData. It holds true in many many things.
