Time for U.S.Military to refuse any more attack orders on Venezuelan boats. By not refusing, they are complicit in crimes that are murders. Remember My Lai? These are current equivalences. #JAGOfficers need to weigh in and start advising commanders. Impeach #SecDef for issuing illegal orders.
