Think the board was so into the green, they ran out of the required number.
Nonetheless, amazing free from the 🇱🇻 as she takes the lead in her home.

I agree with @markhanretty.bsky.social when it comes to the free skate of Annika Pellonmaa (🇫🇮) but the mistakes she made through the free are going to cost her.

A good free skate I just watched of Nora Coppens (🇸🇪).
She made a few mistakes but not to the point it'll cost her.

I suppose the ISU must have a reason for playing a song about getting drunk at all junior skating medal ceremonies, but I have yet to figure out what it is. #JGPRiga ⛸️

So... started my 11 AM hour by listening to "Women of Grace" with Johnette Williams.
Then I left the show at 11:30 to join the Junior Men's short at #JGPRiga and basically... 😴💤... until Rio Nakata's short program came.
Looking at Rio, has that Kaito Kiyomiya-like smile.

Up until that spin, I was about to finally see a single skater skate perfectly to the Dune soundtrack.
Truly one hard piece to skate to, but... Anna Gerke (🇩🇪) did amazing with her interpretation.
🙏🏾 next time, the camel will stay intact.

Sofiia Hryhorenko (🇺🇦) did a great job with her short but... don't think she'll take the lead.

Second time seeing Camila Volkova (🇨🇦) compete this season.
Short program... not sure if she improved from New York two weeks ago or just regressed.
However, I can see the potential in her.
She has that chance to be one of 🇨🇦's best skaters in the world.

Aleksandra Janikowska (🇵🇱) started off amazing with her triple-double combination, but then went into some issues that from my viewpoint only got worse as the music kept going.

Despite the one error on the loop, that was a magnificent performance from Angela Shao (🇺🇲).
The music, the character... I could feel it all.
