I usually forgot to note down the chords / melody but most often fail to remember the tempo/rhythmic patterning that I played it with. Best music is simple but v. rhythmic.
Also, there is that #ObliqueStrategies thing of "Honouring your mistake as a hidden intention" as per #BrianEno #JPeterSchwalm.
