If I recall, with no military background. It's an abbreviation for Survival Escape Resistance and Evasion. Given to any military personnel, whose role could find them behind enemy lines. No one should take #JackieSingh remotely seriously. But you probably already know this, Teddy.
Over on Twitter, #JackieSingh aka #HackingButLegal, misidentified a man yesterday; a common occurence from Jackie. She was attempting to indentify the man seen blocking entrance to the Department of Education from members of Congress.
