It's about Harvey Pekar who became well known for writing about his daily life that was turned into an underground comicbook series called American Splendor. I've read a few of it years ago & it was interesting. Harvey also became well known when he did a few appearances on David Letterman & I've seen them on Youtube. Harvey was an interesting person & this is one of Paul Giamatti's best roles.
