米1合に水180cc&酒20ccをベースにすればいくらでも量は調整可能。とうもろこしは別に空焼きして最後に醤油かけてごはん炊けてから7分蒸らして、バターとコーンを最後に投入。炊く時に🌽の芯や出汁昆布入れると甘さ風味が出てオススメです。
最初強火で沸騰後15-20分は弱火で様子見で大丈夫🙆
