Satsumaimo is a Japanese sweet potato that is sweeter and less moist. 2 tsp. to 1 tbsp. of honey is enough for about 500g of satsumaimo.

I had a couple of #japanesesweetpotato and decided to cut them into chips and airfry them!

I added a little extra onion and garlic powder and my @Naija Grille Spice Mix extra hot to balance the sweetness. So good!
