Today #StephanSterns plead to vulgarly abusing a little girl, then disposed of her like trash while her mother #JenSoto slept. She encouraged her baby to sleep w/her abuser. Today she slept again & wouldn't even give Madeline a voice in death. I hope she's charged w/neglect & abuse. #RIPMadeline🙏🏽
