Sorry…not to be too harsh, but it happens ALL the time here. I’m writing about a case in Louisiana right NOW - #JimmieDuncan - where the man is still fighting and WINNING. Been in death row for 32 years, and the state is STILL wanting to execute him even though his sentence is vacated.

Louisiana is a Red state to the core. Louisiana has a radical right Governor and an even worse Attorney General. They are bloodthirsty “Christians” and are trying to rush death upon even the innocent. (See my earlier post on #JimmieDuncan).

BREAKING!! The innocent man on #Angola’s death row - #JimmieDuncan - has had his conviction vacated. No news right now on whether he’ll be retried.

This case was ALWAYS based on fabricated testimony from a jailhouse informant and a lying, discredited pathologist.
