I watched this movie last night - #Jindabyne - if you haven’t seen it, it’s worth looking for. A very interesting glimpse into the ripple effect of choices made. Crime, morality, racial tension … in a small Australian town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Locals say they've been priced out of Jindabyne as house prices more than double over five years The NSW Snowy Mountains town has seen the highest rise in median house price of any town or suburb in NSW, according to new data from Proptrack.

The future of the town of #Jindabyne is looking very shaky indeed because "out of town investment real estate hawks" have succeeded in "pricing out" the biggest% of locals who can't afford to live there anymore.

Many other "touristy towns and locations" in Australia are facing the same predicament.
