This is John Adams. I met him as I was walking to the #KU parking garage in Lawrence. He is 94 years old, went to KU in 1955, uses a walker and still drives his van. He shared some life stories and advice. When I asked him the secret to a long life, he said, “everything in moderation.” #kualumni
