Recall this is the mifepristone case in which #TX and #FL suddenly seek to intervene.

The #FDA filed a motion to extend time to file its response to the motion to intervene filed by #Texas and #Florida. This case was originally Alliance for Hipp. Med., but has been kept alive in ND Tex. before conservative judge #Kacsmaryk.
They continue to target anyone who tries to help women — including doctors OUTSIDE of their states.
They violate our right to #privacy.
They use misogynist language to describe us.
No one represents OUR interests as women.
AND it’s before Judge #Kacsmaryk.

It’s almost like I told everyone to pay attention when Judge #Kacsmaryk vacated the 2024 HIPAA Rule in the #Purl decision (less than 1 month ago), and when I specifically noted it would have an impact on #trans rights, but no one cared, b/c it was about #women and #reproductive #privacy.
